Re: TIMERS

Hi Dom, Z-Command runs 100% without an internet connection. You will need an internet connection if we release an update you are interested in. Other than that, you can run forever without an internet connection. All Z-Command software resides on the Raspberry Pi's SD card. You can create time event...

Re: Raspberry PI I/O

Ok. But if you decide to give writing a console application in C# a shot (mono is already installed on z-command), here are a few libraries to get you started: * https://github.com/raspberry-sharp/raspberry-sharp-io * https://github.com/andycb/PiSharp You can also email support@intulon.com for more ...

Re: Raspberry PI I/O

Hi Dom,

Z-Command does not currently directly read the GPIO pins, but there is absolutely nothing stopping you from writing a script that reads the pins and then internally call Z-Command APIs.

Re: RaZberry?

PhiDeck wrote:Despite its higher price, I find the self-contained aspect of the Z-wave RaZberry appealing. Can or will Z-Command operate with that interface?
Z-Command does not currently work with the Razberry but we are working on supporting it.

Re: How do I use a remote control to trigger an action

Here's how to use the remote control with z-command: * Pair the device you want to control with z-command. * Pair the remote control with z-command. * Program each button of the remote control according to the remote's instruction manual. Once done, you can control the z-wave device associated with ...

So far they seem to work the same. We are still testing. We found an issue but we should be able to resolve it soon.

Re: z-wave dongles

Thanks for posting here Pete.
Yes, as discussed via email, we have two 5th generation z-wave dongles (Z-Wave.me and Sigma Designs) currently working on a modified Z-Command.
We will release a software update in the next one or two weeks that will enable your Z-Command to work with those dongles.
